KYLE KAUFMAN

Attorney Kyle Kaufman earned his law degree at the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, in 2005. He returned to Wisconsin and successfully completed the Wisconsin Bar Examination in 2005. Attorney Kaufman is a great attorney and he has a highly reputable law practice.     

Attorney Kaufman focuses solely on divorce and family law actions, including child custody and placement matters, child support hearings, and paternity proceedings. He takes on challenging cases and he fights for his clients. Attorney Kaufman has successfully litigated cases at motion hearings, trials, and dispositional proceedings.

 Attorney Kaufman achieved success in many areas of the law prior to shifting his practice to focus solely on family law. This speaks to his versatility, experience, and his drive to achieve the best results.

RYAN KAUTZER

Attorney Ryan Kautzer focuses his practice on family law and estate planning. His work as a trial attorney has earned him a reputation among clients and court personnel for skill, competence, and success. His family law services include divorce, child custody and placement matters, paternity, child support, and guardianship proceedings. He also offers cooperative divorce services.


Attorney Kautzer practices throughout southeastern Wisconsin including Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Ozaukee, Washington and Fond du Lac counties.


Ryan is passionate about helping others. He strives to make every client experience positive and to help families through difficult times.

JACOB BIRENBAUM

Attorney Jacob Birenbaum is a Random Lake native and graduated from Random Lake High School in 2010. He went on to earn degrees in Politics & Government and Psychology at Ripon College. He obtained his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2017. 

Attorney Birenbaum has extensive experience litigating criminal cases and obtaining great results for clients. He has also served as guardian ad litem in family cases, advocating for children in divorces, CHIPS proceedings and guardianships. Attorney Birenbaum now focuses his practice on family law and estate planning. He is dedicated to meeting client goals, advocating for their interests and providing a positive attorney client experience.  

Jacob is also involved in his community where he serves on a local parish council. He enjoys readings and spending time with his wife, Alexia, and two children.   

Attorney Birenbaum is dedicated to serving his community and representing his client’s interests.

Reid BuchingeR

Attorney Reid Buchinger earned his law degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin School of Law. Attorney Buchinger has experience in litigation defending doctors, hospitals, and small business in personal injury matters and in business disputes. Reid uses his litigation experience to provide his clients with practical advice and efficient solutions.

Attorney Buchinger practices family law, including divorce custody and placement matters. Attorney Buchinger also practices in the areas of personal injury, business disputes, and general litigation. Attorney Buchinger prides himself on providing his clients straightforward advice and aggressive representation.

Reid is a native of Appleton, Wisconsin, and in his free time he enjoys fly fishing, spending time with family, and cheering on the Badgers.

JOHN HAWLEY

 Attorney John Hawley, is retired from the full time practice of law.  He is a former Sheboygan County Assistant District Attorney, and had served as one of the prosecutors for the Village of Elkhart Lake and the Town of Lyndon. He has previously acted as a special prosecutor for the City of Sheboygan, Sheboygan County, and other municipalities.  Attorney Hawley successfully represented thousands of individuals throughout his career, earning him a reputation for success. 

Attorney Hawley is an active member of the community. He served on the Random Lake Board of Education for 20 years, including 19 years as president. In recognition of his service to the school, a library and scholarship were dedicated in his name.

The National School Boards Association gave him an award for distinguished service, recognizing his work as president of the Wisconsin Association of School Boards and president of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association.

He chairs the board of the Greater Random Lake/Adell United Fund which provides support to many organizations who serve members of the community.  
Attorney Hawley has also been active in state and local bar association activities, serving as a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin's Local Bar Grant Competition Committee. He has been recognized by Legal Services of Northeastern Wisconsin for his contributions to providing legal services to individuals. 
Attorney Hawley was included in the University of Wisconsin’s first Project 72 campaign which recognized him as a community builder. He is a member of the Van Hise Society, which includes the university’s most dedicated supporters and is a member of the Wisconsin Alumni Association Advisory Council. He will join the law school’s board of visitors and has been featured in the law school’s Gargoyle magazine.  

He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Sheboygan County Bar Association.
